How are the doors delivered?
By truck. Doors are loaded once at the factory, cross the border at Laredo and are unloaded once at your site, in days rather than weeks at sea. They are packed 10 doors per pallet. More
Which shower door models do you offer?
Five frameless models: Loft, Quad, Orba, Duo, Axis. Loft, Quad and Orba are single sliding doors with one fixed panel, Duo is a bypass double sliding door and Axis is a pivot door with one fixed panel. More
What sizes are available?
The sliding models fit 58 1/2 to 60 in wide openings, Duo fits 56 to 60 in, and Axis fits 60 in with 1 1/2 in of adjustment. All are 76 in high. More
What glass do you use?
Tempered safety glass: 5/16 in (8 mm) on Loft, Quad and Orba, and 3/8 in (10 mm) on Duo and Axis. More
Which finishes are available?
Every model comes in Brushed Nickel or Matte Black hardware. More
Are the doors certified?
Yes. The glass is SGCC certified to ANSI Z97.1, the American safety glazing standard. More
Are the doors reversible?
Yes. Every model is frameless and reversible, so one door suits left or right hand installation. More
What is the lead time?
Production lead time is 3 weeks, then delivery by truck. Duo and Axis are available from December 2026. More

Yes. Full height cultured marble shower wall panels about 36 or 59 in wide by 96 in high in subway, brick and square tile patterns, plus decorative 3D panels for showers and feature walls. More

Which finishes do your vanity tops and shower walls come in?
Ten finishes: Snow, Carrara, Storm, Mist, Flint, Domino, Ash, Linen, Glacier and Desert, from solid colours to stone and marble looks. More
Do the 2026 quartz tariffs apply to your vanity tops?
No. The Section 201 safeguard tariffs of 25 to 50 percent that began on 15 August 2026 apply to imported quartz surface products, and products of Mexico are excluded. Our vanity tops are cultured marble made in Mexico and enter the United States with no tariffs. More

Is cultured marble good for vanity tops and shower walls?
Yes. Cultured marble is cast in one piece with the bowl, has a hard gelcoat surface, no grout lines and a lower cost than stone or solid surface, which is why it is common in apartments, hotels and senior living. More
What is the difference between cultured marble, solid surface and acrylic?
Cultured marble is cast resin and stone filler with a gelcoat surface. Solid surface has the same colour all the way through and can be sanded and repaired, at a higher cost. Acrylic is a lighter thermoformed sheet, common for pans and tubs. More
